You know when you quietly stop doing certain things — not because you’re injured, but because you just don’t trust it anymore?
That’s where we start.
Chances are we’re not the first people you’ve seen for this. So we begin by asking what you’ve already tried, what helped, what didn’t, and what you’re actually trying to get back to. That history matters.
From there, we take you through a thorough assessment — on the table, on your feet, and in motion. How you squat, how you twist, how you walk. Every pattern is a clue. We’re building a picture of how your body prefers to organize itself, and where it’s quietly avoiding.
Once we have that picture, we use objective force measurement to confirm what we’re seeing. Not to label it — but to understand it. Is the limitation coming from weakness? Coordination? Mobility? The answer changes everything about what comes next.
Most people leave saying “I didn’t realize I was doing that.” That’s the point. Once you can feel the difference, you can start to build on it.

Early sessions are about awareness before effort. Using mirrors, hands-on cues, and deliberate constraints, we show you how you’re actually moving — then offer alternatives. Small reroutes that distribute load more evenly, reduce compensation, and teach your body new options it stopped using somewhere along the way.
We lift weights. But not on a faulty frame.
Once movement quality is there, we layer strength on top of it — with intention, not just intensity. Load increases as your capacity earns it. Speed comes last. There are levels to this, and you’ll feel each one.
What you build here doesn’t just perform. It holds.

Return to
Sport
Cleared from therapy is a milestone. It’s not a finish line.
Physical therapy does its job well — it manages tissue, reduces pain, and gets you moving safely again. But returning to sport isn’t a safety question. It’s a performance question. And most rehab programs aren’t designed to answer it.
Real readiness requires speed. Power. The ability to decelerate, change direction, absorb force under fatigue. These aren’t things you ease back into — they have to be trained, progressively and deliberately, until your body can handle the full demand of your sport again.
That’s what this program is built for.
We start by assessing how your body handles load right now — not how it feels at rest, but how it performs under pressure. From there, we rebuild in layers. Control first. Strength on top of that. Then power, speed, and sport-specific demand — each one earned before the next is introduced.
